  I have to say this translation is pretty mediocre. I'll happily grant their English is far better than my French, but the person who did this translation really needs a lot of work on their English skills -- they have no grasp of English idiom at all. Not saying that's easy, but they are clearly not yet ready to be doing translations. They need to be doing translations, then having someone who knows English much better coming in behind them and cleaning it up, then showing them their errors.
  The real problem is that the timing on this one is far and away the best of all of them for the rip I have... but the subs on most of the other ones are far, far better as to what is fairly evidently being said, just from the events and what French I do know. Someone needs to just combine the words from one of the other ones (say, Banlieue 13 Ultimatum 2009 480p BRRip XviD AC3 ViSiON) with the clock data of this release. It would be nice if someone wrote a program that would go through and apply adjustments to the timing data within the .srt file as desired -- say, shift a segment a half-second earlier or later within two time stamps.

  Also -- can someone tell me what format the subs that look like this are?

  I'd like to know how the two numbers (I'm assuming that's a start/end of display timing code) translate into real-time.
  Media Player Classic doesn't seem to allow negative shift delays in subtitling, which seems a rather idiotic shortcoming.
