Fear Has a New Address.
Manohar, an upwardly mobile middle class Indian moves into a new apartment -13B on the 13th floor with his family. From the first day in their new home, the women are hooked on to a new TV show 'Sab Khairiyat'. The show is about a family eerily similar to theirs who have also just moved into a new house. Manohar é um jovem indiano que se muda para um novo apartamento, 13B com a sua família. Eles passam a assistir um programa de televisão que também conta a história de uma família que acaba de se mudar para uma nova casa. Mas um fato estranho surge, tudo o que acontece com as pessoas na televisão passa a acontecer também com Manohar e a sua família. No início, são eventos felizes e gratificantes e todos ficam contentes com a nova experiência, mas com o tempo os eventos que acontecem na televisão deixam de ser bons e tornam-se acidentes fatais. Agora Manohar precisa enfrentar uma corrida contra o tempo para salvar a si mesmo e os seus familiares.
